Complimentary Mini-Bar
As a welcome gift, you will find the refrigerator stocked with an array of beverages and snacks that is replenished daily. In addition, upon arrival, enjoy a basket of tortilla chips and house-made salsa.

Fireplace
From November 1st until March 31st, we hope you enjoy the wood-burning fireplace in your room. Firewood is delivered to your room once daily. Please be sure to open the flue in the fireplace prior to lighting a fire. Should you need assistance, please call Reception by dialing “0”.

Housekeeping Services
For your comfort and convenience, we provide housekeeping services twice daily to refresh your room. Morning service takes place between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, while Evening service takes place between 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm.

Non-Smoking
Due to the quality and craftsmanship of our fabrics and furnishings, smoking of any kind is prohibited in all rooms. Vapping is also not allowed. A $300 nightly fee of $300 will be charged, with a minimum of $600, not including any damage or replacement fees.

Our checkout time is at 11:00 am. Please dial “0” to reach Reception for assistance with your luggage and vehicle.

Pillow Options
If you find your room pillow to be too soft or hard, please contact the Housekeeping and they will provide you another option.

The television in your room offers a full selection of DirecTV programming. For the most current list of channels, please refer to the Channel Guide in your room.

Alexa
Alexa Echo Spot
Please use the wake up word "Alexa" before any question or command.
• To set a wake up alarm, simply say "Alexa, wake me up at 8:30 am". When the alarm sounds, simply say "Alexa stop" or "Alexa, snooze for 10 minutes".
• You can pair it with your smartphone. First, make sure your smartphone is visible for Bluetooth, then say "Alexa, pair with my phone". Depending on your smartphone, there may be further instructions from the Echo Spot for you to follow.
• To check the weather in Santa Fe, your hometown or your next destination, simply say "Alexa, what is the weather in (city and state name here)".
• To check the status of a flight, simply say "Alexa, what is the status of United Airlines flight# __ ?".
• If you wish to listen to music, simply say "Alexa, show music stations" or "Alexa show jazz music stations". You may need to swipe left to see the entire list of stations or playlists. Then simply tap on the music station or playlist you like.
• If you wish to disable the Echo Spot, simply press the center button on top of the device.

Your room is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine along with a selection of coffee pods for your enjoyment.
We also offer coffee from 35N (35 degree North), a local coffee shop/roaster.
We also provide a nice offering of caffeine and non-caffeine teas from Rishi.
There is milk in the min-fridge if needed.

In-room dining is available evenings, Tuesday through Saturday, from our neighbor 315 Restaurant & Wine Bar. Chef Louis Moskow delivers classically prepared French cuisine with a contemporary twist and a commitment to using the freshest meats, produce and spices. To place an order, dial “0” to reach Guest Services and we will deliver it to your room.
